There are two types of MBA program, one year and two years. One year program mainly focuses on the people who are presently working. Means, it is suitable for working individual, but if you want to learn some more, two year MBA program will be best for you. Regardless of the program types, MBA is that type of career-building course which offers the highest salary package from the beginning of the career in the whole job market. But, of course, the pay package you will get depends on your colleges to some extent. For example, students who pursue MBA from tier 1 institutes like, Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, etc. gets better infrastructure than any other institutes and for this, they receive higher salary packages from 9 lakhs per annum to 22 lakhs per annum. But the factor is not so much these days, as students from other institutes are also getting good pay packages from 3.6 lakhs per annum to 12 lakhs per annum. If you have that much hard-working and analytical skill and if you prove to be a competent candidate among others by your dedication, no one can stop you from getting a good pay package. Also, the MBA has a boundless opportunity to be rewarded. For example, for a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive, they have the opportunity to earn some extra rewards as incentives after completion of each target. And if you do an MBA it does not take much time to rise or to get promoted from executive to CEO or CFO or many other high-grade posts. These are direct monetary benefits of doing an MBA, but besides these, there are also some non-monetary benefits, which are also attractive.
Those include,
i. Global opportunity:
Will have the opportunity to explore the world as you also may get selected by the companies, outside the country with a good pay package and other benefits.
ii. Opportunity to grow quickly from entry-level executive to senior-level management:
This does not take much time to get promoted to senior-level management from the executive level. Only things that are needed for it is hard work, dedication, problem-solving skills etc.
iii. Respect:
Will have huge respect in your field if you prove to be a good employee by achieving success, etc.
